ECLIPSE is celebration of our distilling and winemaking heritage.

Using our traditionally fermented, full bodied base spirit and an 18 year old “méthode traditionnelle” from our family vineyard, we have blended the best of our shared expertise to produce a truly exceptional, base spirit to create our boldest gin yet.

ECLIPSE is a triple distilled, navy strength gin with a heavy juniper focus and beautifully balanced candied citrus notes, with undertones of grappa and molasses.
