The Tiger Lily – Solera is the continuation of our Single Barrel release and has been aged for 16 months in a series of New Zealand red wine casks. The additional time in oak and blending of barrels through other Solera system has produced a deep mahogany finish, and invites you in with warming aromas of cinnamon, all spice and caramelised citrus on the nose, spiced gingerbread and sultanas on the palate, and a lingering warmth akin to a traditional Christmas cake.
