Private Casks
The road to producing single malt whisky is a long, but exciting one, and we would like you to be part of. We have made the decision to forge a path of our own making and will be aging and finishing our spirit in ex-New Zealand wine casks from around the country. This will allow us to truly showcase a whisky grown, distilled and aged from our part of the world, a truly New Zealand Single Malt Whisky.
And we invite you to join us on that journey.
Your Cask
We are offering individuals the opportunity to own a truly unique expression of our Single Malt Whisky, owning a single, one-of-a-kind, ex-New Zealand wine cask filled with our single malt spirit.
This expression of our single malt whisky will truly be unique as no two barrels are the same, and to the end, the whisky inside. Single barrel, single malt whiskies are highly sort after around the world for the rarity and unique profile that comes from a whisky solely aged and bottled from one cask. We are offering 225 litre ex-wine barrels from around New Zealand, filled with our single malt new make spirit at 66% ABV. We will discuss which barrels we have available to select from prior to your filling day.
Your barrel will be held in our cellars for a minimum of 5 years to a maximum of 15 years.
